Our story

Six acres, two yards, one family

Olimar Stone started as a family stone yard in Miami, and it’s still run by the family today. From the beginning the idea was simple: buy high-quality stone directly from the source, keep the prices honest, and know every pile in the yard by name. Nearly four decades later, that’s exactly how we work.

Today we keep over 100 varieties in stock every day across six acres — pebbles, flagstone, boulders, veneers, aggregates and the exotic stones people drive across the state to find. Two locations, one in Miami and one in Key Largo, mean the right material is close whether you’re building in the city or out in the Keys.

We weigh every order on our own DOT-certified scales, so you pay for exactly what you take. And when you can’t make it to us, our mobile showroom brings the samples to your site. However you build in South Florida, we’d be glad to help you get the stone right.
